Band Selectable Power Amplifiers

The new power amplifiers feature band selectable functions and advanced high efficiency technology to deliver industry leading performance for mobile WiMAX, LTE, and next generation mobile communications.
The DC1302 series use a proprietary technology to cover 20 bands in the 700MHz to 2.0GHz range.
At D-CLUE Technologies, we contribute to the environment preservation and to a better and safer society by combining all technologies. This new power amplifier products is an important part of our activities.

We will continue our power amplifier development to achieve smaller and lower power mobile equipment and create environment friendly products.

Other Key features

DC1302A and B support a wide operating voltage range, enabling use with Li-ion battery or USB bus power (3.0V to 5.25V).
DC1302B has frequency tuning capability to cover the full 800M and 2GHz LTE bands.
DC1302C is 1.5GHz single band PA and pin compatible with standard 3G PA.
